Thunderclan and Windclan need a leader.
Thunderclan, Windclan and Riverclan need a medicinecat.
All the clans need more cats.
Plot
The bought of Diseases had brought the clans to a horrible state. All the diseases ever known to the clans were breaking out uncontrollably. They had grown very weak. The bought is over, and the clans are recovering.
But the Shadowclan medicinecat, Ravensight, has recieved a prophecy from Starclan.
The four Clans, Once peacful, will burst into battle
The moon will turn red and then peace will come.

Name: This is simple Give your cat a name. Sometimes it helps to figure out everything else first... Here's a list of names you could use:

You can use names from the books if you want, but you can't make that character exactly like the cat in the books. Thats copyrighting, and thats illegal!
Rank: Rank is simple. Are they a kit, an apprentice, a warrior, a queen, the medicinecat, the deputy, or leader? If you're applying for medicinecat, medicine cats apprentice, Deputy or leader, make sure the position isn't filled yet before you apply. If they're a loner or rogue, you put that here, too.
Clan: Even simpler. Thunderclan, Shadowclan, Riverclan or Windclan? Or are they clanless?
Age: Age is simple, a kit can be from 0-6 moons, an apprentice 6-13 moons, and a warrior can be any age beyond that. But if it's a bit too old, it'll be an elder.
The rest;
Personality: Is your cat sorta mean, evil and aggressive? Or are they sweet, kind and intelligent? Do they have any pet peeves? How do they act around their clanmates? How do they act around other clans? Do they have mood-swings? Are they so happy its creepy? Are they always grumpy? Tell us!
This should be at least 3 paragraphs long describing what they're like with their friends, then what they're like around those they don't like, then what they usually feel like in general. It can be in any order.
Appearance: Here, you will be describing your cats physical features. Are they skinny, are they plump? Do they have green eyes, blue eyes? Do they have really long legs? A really short tail? Are they missing a paw? Does one of their eyes look a bit glazed over? What color is their fur? How long is it? Do they have any scars? Tell us everything. By now, you should have a lot to say, by answering some of these questions.
History: The legnth of their history depends on their age. If they're a kit, obviously theres not alot to say, but if they're a clan leader there has to be alot to put there. Where were they born? Where were they raised? Did they run away at one point? Did they do anything bad? Anything good? If they have any scars, how did they get them? Try and put some detail in it to make it interesting.
The other;
Role play Sample: Here you should put a sample of you RPing a cat. it doesn't have to be this one in particular, it can be any cat you've created on any other site. You only have to do this once after you join this site, just for us to get an idea of how you RP, in case you need any lessons or anything. After your first one, you can still post an RP sample if you want, but you don't have to. It has to be at least 50 words long. if you want, you can write that before even pasting the bio form, just so that you can consult the Word counter under the bar that says [post message] [preview] [spell check] [reset] You should see it when you go to post something
Other Characters:
Here, you put the names of other characters you RP, just a reference.
Okay, so I hope that helps you out a bit. If You still need help, take a look at the bios that have already been accepted. They should give you a better idea on what you should do. Have fun, and try not to let your brain explode

There are a few special ceremonies for the leader to conduct. Since not everyone knows the words, I'll put examples here. You can just play fill in the blanks.
Kit to Apprentice
"We gather here today to give a clan kit their apprentice name. From now on, this kit shall be known as (apprentice name). (mentor name), you've proven yourself tobe a/an (adjective/s) warrior, and I expect you'll pass on all you know to this apprentice." At this point, the mentor and apprentice touch noses and the clan greet the apprentice with their new name.
Apprentice to Warrior
"I call upon my warrior ancestors to look down oon this apprentice. He/She has trained hard and learned your noble code. (apprentice name), do you promise to uphold the warrior code, and defend this clan even at the cost of your life?" The apprentice will usually say "I do." "Then by the powers of Starclan, I give you your warrior name. (apprentices name), from this moment on, you'll be known as (new warrior name). Starclan honors you for your (stregnth, courage, honesty, anything like that can go in this blank) and we welcome you as a full warrior of (Clan's name)"
Dying apprentice to warrior
This is conducted a bit differently than the original warrior ceremony. "I call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. He/Shge has trained herd, and given up his/her life in service for his/her clan. Let you recieve him/her as a warrior. From this moment on, he/she will be known as (warrior name), (reason, ex: In honour of his/her kind heart, and courage.)"
Choosing a new deputy
"I say this in front of Starclan so they approve of my choice. The new deputy shall be (warriors name)"
Changing a warriors name
"I call upon my warrior ancestors to strip this cat of their name, for it no longer stands for what he/she is. From this moment on, he/she will be known as (Warrior name)"
You can play around with the words, and change them a bit if you want. As long as it has something to do with the words listed here.

SpeckleStar jumped onto a big hill and called a meeting. "All cats old enough to catch their own prey stand beneath the hill." As all the cats gathered she began. "Well sense all the mentors are taken i have decided to take on an apprentice. Silverpaw, I will be your mentor."

Ravensight could tell by Sharpstar's scent that he was still thinking very carefully. Ravensight dug into his own thoughts for answers to this strange prophecy. He remebered his mentor telling him a story about his mentor's experiences. He ran over the tale in his head. "When there was great tension during the gathering Star clan sent a sign, the sign was of red. But that is all that must be told." He almost rushed back inside to tell his leader. He shook his head. "No He must find this out himself."
